It is our distinct pleasure to invite you to attend the IX international conference of the first category ‘NEW HORIZONS of Transport and Communications 2023’. The Conference will be held on November 24-25, 2023 in Doboj, Republic of Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina, at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering, University of East Sarajevo. This year, the conference completes its 18th anniversary. Throughout the previous period, we were constantly growing and developing in order to reach the current level, which guarantees us recognition in the region. Accordingly, the conference attendees will have the chance to present their work on current traffic policies, sustainability, urban mobility and development strategies in the field of transport and traffic engineering, examples of good practice worldwide, solutions of respective problems in transport, scientific results, new models of technologies and other achievements.
